Governor Sara visits the Club

The Governor Official Visit, or GOV, represents the pinnacle for a Club and its members. During this event, the District Governor visits the Club to review the services it has provided. It also allows the President to highlight the Club's activities and consider plans for the remainder of the term. Staying true to our Club's tradition, the GOV on 11 March 2025 at Madras Cricket Club concluded excellently, guided by our President Narayanan and featuring a concise and informative presentation by our Club Secretary Parasuraman. Naturally, delicious food and the camaraderie of members and guests enhanced the evening.

The evening also saw three new members inducted into the Club. Earlier the event began with a Club Assembly during which Governor Saravanan had a one-on-one interaction with the Club Directors.

District Governor N S Saravanan presented a unique memento, a framed front page of The Hindu newspaper as published on the day he was born.
