Valedictory of Spoken English Course

Valedictory Marathon of Spoken English course was held on 20 February at 4 schools - Mary Clubwala School Egmore, P.J Gupta School, Ambattur and K.K. Nirmala School K.K Nagar and Velankanni School. K.K.Nagar. The project imparted English speaking skills to students, mostly studying in tamil medium of instruction. At the function in each school, the students displayed their new learning. At Vellankanni school the kids became emotional when they realised that the course was over. That shows the life changing impact that the teachers have created in the hearts of the students. The students gave a standing ovation in the end. And they surrounded the Rotarins after the function expressing their appreciation of the project.

Our Vocational Services Director Rtn. Sibi Rajan has been the backbone for this project and making it a massive success. Rtn. Sibi, K Parasuraman, Club Secretary and our Club President Rtn. K Narayanan inspired the students with their words of wisdom at the valedictory function.
